Your residence is designed with the state of the art Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) eco-friendly heating and air-conditioning technology. By operating at varying speeds, Heat recovery VRF units work only at the needed rate allowing for substantial energy savings at partial-load conditions. We made security our top priority for your residence.
First, we installed, Butterfly MX™ a two-way video intercom system that offers a host of security focused features never available before, including the first ever database of door release events with a time/date stamp and picture of every visitor let in via the system. Butterfly MX™ will allow property managers and residents to not only screen visitors but also track activity and feel an extra level of comfort. You can also send SMS text with a scanned barcode with a time expired access to your unit to a friend or housekeeper while you are out at work, shopping, dining or just having fun.
Second, your residence has an ASSA ABLOY RFID Electronic Door lock. The door lock system is integrated with all security ingress and egress routes including the elevator to your floor.

Revisn's solar system will be comprised of 134 modules angled to maximize the amount of sunlight they will receive on its posterior roof. Any additional energy not being used will be sent to the grid in exchange of a credit. As a result, when the solar panels are not generating electricity, such as during the night time, Revisn can draw on the grid for power in exchange for the energy they sent to it earlier.
